Audit Committee Dialogue: Integrating nature-related financial disclosures

Sign up for this event

Join us for the third roundtable discussion in our Audit Committee Dialogue series with Accounting for Sustainability (A4S), focusing on the most relevant evolving topics Audit Committee Chairs need to know.

This session will emphasize the critical interconnectivity between climate and nature, highlighting the importance of the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) and the Taskforce on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) frameworks.

These frameworks share common fundamentals from the perspectives of Audit Committees and Boards. The discussion will provide guidance on effectively integrating nature-related financial disclosures into the Audit Committee’s oversight functions.

This event will bring together peers who, like you, are navigating challenges to meet stakeholder expectations, avoid greenwashing and empower Audit Committees to oversee and guide their organizations in effectively implementing the TNFD framework. Our discussion aims to equip Audit Committees with the knowledge and tools needed to bridge these gaps, enhancing their ability to oversee and guide their organizations towards more sustainable interactions with nature.

The session will include a 1-hour small group discussion with peers, facilitated by an expert host under the Chatham House rule. Due to the interactive nature of this event, spaces are limited to a maximum of 20 participants.

Please note that this event is exclusively for Audit Committee Chairs or Audit Committee members.
